Charlotte spend most of her childhood living close to nature, her father was a nature reserve warden who took took his family the length and breadth of the UK. This upbringing instilled a deep love of the natural world and enthusiasm for northern places. After working in the civil service for many years, Charlotte decided to purse her dreams and has retrained as a chocolatier. She now works with husband Niall on diverse enterprises centred round nature photography and chocolate She is a superb cook and assists Niall with our workshops Iceland, Islay and Torridon. Charlote loves skiing through the forest after a heavy snowfall and picking fresh mint from the garden for Pimms o’clock!
