Paying for Your Tour/Workshop
Trip deposits are 300 UK Pounds (more for specific trips) per trip and person. Deposits are non-refundable.
The balance of the price of your tour must be paid on receipt of a final balance reminder at least 12 weeks before departure unless we have notified you otherwise. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your tour, retain your deposit and apply the cancellation charges set out below. If you book 12 weeks or less prior to the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 12 weeks before departure – loss of deposit
- 6–12 weeks before departure – 60% of total trip cost and loss of deposit
- 1–6 weeks before departure – 100% of total trip cost and loss of deposit

Forms of Payment
We can accept your payment either by credit card or direct bank transfer. Please let us know which method you prefer. All payments are fully insured through International Passenger Protection Ltd.
Please note that all payment options are subject to a 2.5% booking fee however this will be waived for all payments by bank transfer or UK debit card.

Paying by Credit Card
We accept Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Card payments are processed securely by WorldPay’s Online Payment Gateway. Once we have received your booking form(s) we will email you a link to the WorldPay website where you can make your payment.
