Our approach is as individual as the participants who join our photographic workshops and holidays. We pride ourselves in being able to offer a range of teaching models to cater for each participant’s differing degree of experience and commitment to photography. We will always endeavour to teach at whatever level is required.
Geraldine is never happier than when she is photographing and researching new, wild, remote locations for Wild Photography Holidays. A connected and creative photographer she leads with the tuition on many WPH tours and workshops. Geraldine is a talented and well respected in the field of birds and flowers photography where she brings an element of surprising gentle creativity to her subjects and a passion for protecting the environment, its flora, fauna & fragile landscapes
Martin spends as much time as possible out in nature discovering, exploring and photographing in remote locations. His striking images express landscape in a beautifully connected, simple and abstract way.
Gary is our Operations Director. He is based at our UK office in Woore in Cheshire where he looks after all the day to day admin and running of our operations.
James is an accomplished photographer and published author. He is currently writing the Fotovue guide book to Iceland and will be leading our Dolomites tours, several of our Iceland tours and the Faroes trips in 2023/24.
Andy is a professional photographer and International Mountain Guide from Snowdonia, North Wales.
Dougie Cunningham is a professional landscape photographerand author of the best-selling guidebook Photographing Scotland.
Chris was born in Quebec, Canada. He has since lived in Africa and several cities around Europe. Dividing his time between working as a filmmaker and a photographer he is now based in London.
Stuart is based in the English Lake District. In addition to being a fine photographer he is a mountaineer, climber and paraglider. In 2005 he reached the summit of Mt. Everest. His photographs have been exhibited in both the UK and abroad; he is widely published in books and magazines.
Jethro is a North Wales based photographer specialising in adventure sports, landscape and industrial photography.
Dave ‘Cubby’ Cuthbertson is a professional photographer and international mountain guide. His work in the media and mountain guiding has taken him worldwide. He is an empathetic and knowledgeable photographic tutor with a lovely sense of humour.
Polina is a Russian-born, London-based photographer. Her style developed through her love and knowledge of fine art and art history. She started with building an impressive portfolio of still life and flower photography followed by travel and landscape photography. She is also a master of the Lensbaby family of optics.
Sam Beresford, photographer, horsewoman and chef was raised in Ireland and Spain giving her a love of travel from a young age. She has had a passion and an eye for photography since her early teens.
Albert Normandin has been an advertising, corporate and industrial photographer for over 30 years. Before going out on his own, Albert spent several years working for the legendary Jay Maisel in New York City. His passion for photography and travel has taken him to some of the more exotic locations on earth.
Martin Addison has been an enthusiast photographer for 40 years and is a member of the Royal Photographic Society. He has over 30 years of lecturing experience and is doing small-group Lightroom workshops for us.
