Geraldine Westrupp

Geraldine is the co-owner and a director of Wild photography Holidays. She is never happier than when photographing and researching new locations for our tours and workshops. She is committed to ensuring that all of the WPH holidays are geared towards protecting the environment, its flora, fauna & landscapes. Geraldine brings an element of gentle creativity to her photography and a passion for protecting the environment, its flora, fauna & fragile landscapes

A qualified mountaineer she has photographed, travelled and guided groups in wild and mountainous locations world-wide, including India, Ladakh, Sikkim, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Spain, UK, Europe, Peru, Equador, Patagonia Greenland and Iceland.

Geraldine is responsible for the safety and well-being of our ‘Wild Photography’ participants and for the day to day smooth running of all our tours; she is a passionate and creative photographer who assists with the tuition on many tours and workshops. Geraldine lives in North Wales with Martin her partner and co-owner of WPH.

The majority of images on the Wild Photography Holidays website are the work of Geraldine and her partner Martin Sammtleben. We allow free access to any of our images that are to be used to raise awareness for environmental, ecological and anthropological projects, please talk with us first before doing this.
